Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime?
A land of staggering natural beauty, Vietnam is an exotic and compelling destination. This is a country with a long history of colonial influence, known for its rural charm and quaint agricultural traditions.
This challenging trek takes place in Mau Chai National Park, an area southwest of Hanoi which offers some of Vietnam’s most spectacular scenery and is fantastic trekking country. Home to a variety of diverse and colourfully dressed ethnic groups, we trek through unspoiled jungle, over ancient mountain passes, around terraced paddy fields and into friendly villages.
After six days of spectacular trekking through the heart of north Vietnam, we head to its charming capital, Hanoi, where we visit bustling markets, stroll down tree-lined avenues and soak up the elegant charm of the former French colonial city.
Cancer Fund for Children are delighted to offer you the opportunity to experience this amazing country for yourself. By signing up to this trek, you will be taking on a remarkable physical challenge and most importantly, raising funds to help children across Northern Ireland living with the effects of a cancer diagnosis.
